Our Story: From the U.S. to India
Maya Medi Spa began as a boutique aesthetic practice in the U.S. in 2012, founded by Chaitanya Kenchamannahoskote. Built on a simple yet powerful philosophy, healthy skin, healthy confidence, Maya grew into a trusted destination for results-driven, emotionally aware skincare.
Today, with clinics in Bangalore and Hyderabad, we bring that same philosophy home to India, blending global expertise with a deep understanding of Indian skin, culture, and beauty ideals. Chaitanya Kenchamannahoskote
Founder & Visionary
A Bengaluru native, Chaitanya is a trailblazer in aesthetic dermatology. With over a decade of expertise, she founded Maya Medi Spa in the U.S., gaining acclaim for advanced cosmetic and medical procedures. Bringing Maya to India, she curated treatments for Indian skin and body types, ensuring personalized, effective, and natural results.
Dr. Akber Aimer
Medical Director
Dr. Akber Aimer is an internationally trained aesthetic medicine physician and surgeon known for his refined clinical skill, evidence-based approach, and modern aesthetic philosophy. He completed his Residency in Facial Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgery in Istanbul, Türkiye, followed by an MS in Dermatology at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, USA, and he continues to pursue advanced training in stem cells and regenerative science. He further strengthened his expertise through prestigious international fellowships in Craniofacial Implants – Spain,Bichectomy & Facial Sculpting – Italy
Dr. Aimer’s clinical work spans advanced pigmentation management, regenerative injectables, Fotona laser therapies, and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation, blending aesthetic artistry with scientific precision. His treatment philosophy is deeply rooted in skin biology, regenerative medicine, and personalized aesthetic planning, ensuring natural, safe, and long-lasting outcomes. Committed to ongoing research, he is actively involved in projects focused on telomerase biology, stem-cell–based skin rejuvenation, mitochondrial pyruvate carrier inhibitors, Pyrilutamide,hyaluronic acid biomaterials, enzyme and peptide-based anti-aging innovations across Italy and the USA.
