Since 2012, Maya Medi Spa began as a boutique aesthetic practice in the U.S., founded by Chaitanya Kenchamannahoskote. From the very beginning, it was built on a simple yet powerful philosophy healthy skin, healthy confidence. Founder & Visionary
Chaitanya Kenchammanahoskote, founder of Maya Medi Spa in the United States and India, combines an engineer's analytical mindset with a deep passion for skin health. Additionally, with a background in electrical engineering, she approaches aesthetics through a lens of data, science, and technology, carefully curating advanced devices and biotechnology-driven skincare solutions for clients around the world.
A mother of two adult children, Chaitanya paused her professional journey to focus on her family. However, Maya Medi Spa represents her meaningful second chapter, built on the belief that healthy skin is the foundation of confidence. Furthermore, her mission is to create thoughtful, science-led treatments that empower every person who walks through Maya's doors. As a result, every client receives personalized care designed to inspire confidence and long-lasting skin health.
Dr. Akber Aimer
Medical Director
Dr. Akber Aimer is an internationally trained aesthetic medicine physician and surgeon known for his refined clinical skill, evidence-based approach, and modern aesthetic philosophy. Additionally, he completed his Residency in Facial Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgery in Istanbul, Türkiye, followed by an MS in Dermatology at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, USA. Furthermore, he continues to pursue advanced training in stem cells and regenerative science.
Dr. Aimer's clinical work spans advanced pigmentation management, regenerative injectables, Fotona laser therapies, and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation. Moreover, he blends aesthetic artistry with scientific precision to deliver personalized care. As a result, his treatment philosophy remains deeply rooted in skin biology, regenerative medicine, and customized aesthetic planning, ensuring natural, safe, and long-lasting outcomes for every patient.He further strengthened his expertise through prestigious international fellowships in Craniofacial Implants – Spain,Bichectomy & Facial Sculpting – Italy
